why is it that i can't send pictures with my samsung mythic i have the 200 msg plan but when i try to send a picture it says sending failed and when someone sends me a picture i try to retrieve it and its says it fails too what can i do i want to send one and i don't have a data plan do i need it ? or what please someone help?
