Picture Ideas For A 30 Day Photography Project.?

To start off, I am not photographing myself. I am every day taking a picture of something around the house, out side, or around town. I am running out of ideas very fast, please recommend ideas to capture great pictures. I have a Nikon D40 and I have PhotoShop Elements 6. I would really like some good ideas.

A little more information. The sky outside is white as far as you can see (very cloudy) and it is kinda rainy outside.
