Thats the Sultan RS the Sultan is a 4door car that looks like a wrx/evo mix and the RS looks like a 2door version of the sti

At the every top of the left island (slightly to the right), you'll see 3 roads that all go north to nowhere. The old mansion and its garage are at the end of the middle one.
