pic and video mess problems!

anyone else having a problem receiving pic and video messages from people outside the Tmobile network?!

the past week or 2, anyone who doesn't have tmobile and sent me either a pic or video message instead of recieving it on my blackberry 8100, i get a message to go to www.t-mobilepictures.com!!! does anyone else know what the prob could be?

i called tmobile on my cell but they could find any reason why, they told me to call back later on, on a land line, so they can test my blackberry, but i haven't had a chance to do so yet, so i figured i'd post to see if anyone has this problem and if they solved it......

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~I've been getting this too. But the pics still come to my bb. It's been happening with my daughter's #. She has Cingular, and when she sends stuff I get that message. She's the only one I have this prob with. My other friend who has Sprint sends me stuff just fine. It is weird. Never used to happen. If you go to the "My Album" link in your t-zones browser, you'll see the pics.
 
I've been experiencing this too.. you need to log on to this stupid website just to see the picture that was sent. What kind of operating system do you guys have for your bb? Maybe that's the reason why, I got the new 8703 OS on mine from sprint. Maybe downloading the newest Tmobile OS will resolve this problem. I mean I don't really care about MMS messeging because I hardly get one.
 
i have 4.2 from tmobile, as far as i know it's the most uptodate they have......and this only started recently and i HATE IT! i have to call them tonight to fix the problem....i don't want to have to log into tzones in order to do it.....i never had to before.....and it's only with people outside of tmobile, anyone who has tmobile there is no problem in me receiving directly on my bb, so it has to be tmobile, being shady with outside providers....
 
I had this problem too. Try sending yourself and someone else a picture message. If it doesn't come within 5 minutes or so take out your battery and your sim for a minute when you turn it back on it should be fine. That's what worked for me.

I have been getting a lot of calls about this problem and not just on BB so it must be a problem in the server

Same here I have a 8100 with t-mobile service the whole shot and this has been happening 2 me 2 but I don't know how 2 see this message. Can anyone tell me how 2 view my stuff?

Your best bet for right now may be having the pictures emailed to you, just to avoid the hassle. That's just a temporary fix.

However that seems kinda right that it would do that seeing that all phones that use mms are directly linked to that tzones site.
