Physics spring scale homework help!?

The gravitational force exerted on a solid object is 4.80 N. When the object is suspended from a spring scale and submerged in water, the scale reads 2.20 N as shown in the figure below. Find the density of the object.

I was trying to use Buoyant Force = density of fluid x gravity x volume but I'm not sure how to get volume. Since Bouyant Force = mass x gravity, I thought I could substitube that and find the volume of the object when it was in water and then substitute what I know for the other equation when it is out of water but it was marked wrong. Help please?
