If you take a number of Positive Polarity electrically charged magnets and place them inside an " O " shaped piece of metal and each magnet is placed in a 45 degree in front of the other then in the center you connected a rod that resembles a " T " and on the edges of the T are Negitive Polarity Charged Magnets, Would The " T " Bar Turn Non Stop since it's turning force is based on each of the magnets pushing the negative facing magnet away from the positive facing magnet until it reaches another one and so on.
