Physics question regarding Fick's law of diffusion?

The diffusion coefficient for potassium ions crossing a particular biological membrane of
thickness 10 nm is 1.2 × 10–16 m2 s–1 and the concentration difference of potassium ions
across the membrane is 5 × 102 mol m–3. How many potassium ions flow through such a
membrane channel of radius 500 nm in 15 seconds?

I'm just a bit confused what the Area and the delta x is. Please help.
 
Area "channel of radius 500 nm"

A = pi (500 nm)^2

delta x given by "membrane of thickness 10 nm"
