Physics question, please help!?

A solid cylinder starts from rest and rolls down an incline. The coefficient of static friction between the cylinder and the incline is .15. What is the maximum angle of incline such that the cylinder will roll without slippage?

I've been working at this for over an hour and don't know how to come up with an answer. Please help, and show how you came to that answer in detail. Thank you!

Well, I'm not sure if this is right for your example, but with non-round objects the tangent of the angle is equal to the coefficient of friction, so the arctan(.15) would give you the angle 8.53 degrees, but I'm not entirely sure if rotational energy or motion would make a difference. I'm sorry if the answer is wrong.
