Before people start telling me to "Do your own homework", I sincerly need help. We have online homework, and I worked on this problem forever and was not able to get the answer right. Then it shows up on the online test.

Here it is:
An artillery shell is fired at an angle of 69.3 degrees above the horizontal ground with an initial speed of 1630 m/s.
The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s ^2.
Find the total time of flight of the shell, neglecting air resistance. Answer in units of min. And find out how far it traveled, Answer in units of Km.

To find the distance, I used the range formula. Try to find my flaw in this:

1630 m=1.63 Km.
1.63^2/9.8=.2711
2Sin(69.3)=1.87
(.2711)(1.87)=.506957 Km.

I need quite a bit of help finding how long it was in flight.

Thanks!
