A 8.0 cm diameter horizontal pipe gradually narrows to 6.5 cm. When water flows through this pipe at a certain rate, the gauge pressure in these two sections is 35.0 kPa and 22.0 kPa, respectively. What is the volume rate of flow? Av= ___________________m^3/s
 
Area = pi * r^2

Using equation of continuity A1 V1 = A2 V2

Using Bernoulli's Theorem

P1 + rho * g * h + 1/2 rho * V1^2 = P2 + rho*g*h + 1/2 rho *V2^2

Find any of V1 or V2 using above 2 equations, not gonna do that for you :P.
