Physics Problem. Involving Kinetic Energy and probably momentum?

A 2.80 x 10^-3 kg bullet is fired with a velocity of 108.6 m/s toward a 5.35 kg block moving at a speed of 0.340 m/s in the same direction. The bullet emerges with a speed of 20.5 m/s and with a small piece of the block with a mass of 0.0017 kg sticking to it. What is the kinetic energy lost in the collision?

If you don't mind, please show all work. I need all the help I can get. Please and Thankyou! [: I appreciate it very much.
