help pleaseeee im going into precal and i cannot figure out the answer to these questions!

where h(t) = height
t= seconds
v= velocity
h= initial height
im only given two variables ! a stone is thrown with anupward velocity of 14m/s from a cliff 30 m high
a: find its height above the ground t seconds later

c: when will the stone hit the ground
