Please explain how to do this problem, thank you. useful formulas? steps to take?

50 watts and 1.6 m/s, what is force.
take one second, and you have 50 J of work to move 1.6 m
Work is force x distance
50 = 1.6F
F = 31.25 Newton

b) double the power, same force, what is the speed
now have 100 J in a second
100 = 31.25N * d
d = 3.2 m
so speed is 3.2 m/a
