It is true dat if we travel in the speed of light and come after a year or two, then in reality many yrs have passed. what is the reason behind it..
i mean to be practical if we travel in such a speed then our time mst be reduced..
can neone please explain me this in simple and effective way.

Simplest way to understand this is to Google Einsteins Theory of Relativity. However, in a nutshell, if you're travelling faster than the speed of light then you leave yourself behind since if you looked back, you'd see yourself in the distance because the light travelling to you from the original you, wouldn't be able to catch up.... So, in theory, travel in a big enough circle and you'd come up behind yourself again in the past.

the reality in space and time is, the faster you travel in space the lesser time you'll be in a certain point in space,

for example, you are standing on the earth, then for example im traveling near the speed of light, as you observed,we are both traveling point by point in space, now, what you will observed next is i look thinner and thinner while i get faster, and what i see becomes longer, this the light effect, last but not the least, if one second in my time that i travel near the speed of light is already many seconds happened in the real time,

now what does this mean?

its just like this, for example, we are to walk 1 km away, now if i walk 3km/hr, and you move 1km/hr, i would arrive at that point faster than you, its just like that
