Physics help: How to find how high a ball rises if it is in the air for t seconds?

T includes both the rising time and the falling time
A batter hits a pop up to a fielder a distance d meters away. Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s^2
If the ball is in the air for t seconds how high does it rise?
I have to come up with an equation for height using distance or gravity and time.
Height=??? I'm not sure.
