Physics HELP!! Buoyant forces- whats the force required to keep it fully submerged?

Please help me. I don't know how to solve this:

A tennis ball has a radius of 1.9 cm and a density of 0.084g/cm^3
What is the force needed to keep the ball fully submerged under water?

Water has a density of 1g/cm^3
Thats what I have to calculate. How much of a force I will need to apply to it to cause it to stay down? But i just dont know how to do that...
