A spherical shell has a uniform volume charge density ρ = 1.95 nC/m^3, inner radius a = 5.0 cm, and outer radius b = 2.50a.Note: The enclosed positive charge is located uniformly between radius a and b.

What is the magnitude of the electric field at the following radial distances?:

r = 1.5a
r = 3.00b

I know that anywhere r<a, the E = 0 because there is no enclosed charge. For my answers for the questions above i got 5.51 N/C and 27.6 N/C respectively...which are not the right answers. I tried it again and got 3.87 N/C and.955 N/C...Is that right?

I would appreciate any help in getting to the correct answer.
