I'm shipping out for boot camp on Feb 4. and I want to be in good shape to do well, not just get by. I did my last IFA in my DEP program a few weeks ago, I was able to do 40 push ups in 2 minutes, 56 sit ups in 2 minutes, and the 1.5 mile run in 12:45. Is this good for boot camp? If not, where should I be so I can do well?
