I need the easiest possible way to set apache with my SQL and php. I had the browser showing me the page saying It Works!. I can also open the SQL with my password. When the browser is set for http//localhost/ I get a download with nothing in it I guess this is an api jar or something. Everything seems correctly placed and ready for action. After I applied all the math with the book the way the book read I could'nt get the browser to display the page saying it works! what went wrong. How do I fix the php so I can write binary files. I understand the math. What is wrong.
