I have been working on my PHP website once again, and I just got a new computer. I used to host my website on my Laptop, but not I have a desktop, brand new. I transfered my website over to my computer, and I use XAMPP, MySQL, and SQLyog. I host my website with www.no-ip.com and I have configured my router to host the site from my computer.
My problem is, when I go to my site with either my laptop or my computer, I have a terrible loading issue, and some javascript does not even load, such as Onmouseover effects.
So how can I fix this. I have Norton 360 which I think might be the cause, if so could someone please tell me what to change?
Also a side question, does anyone know a website I can learn to create my own forums for my site, using my images?
Also just to add, when I go to 127.0.0.1 everything loads 100% fine.
http://asthenia.no-ip.org
Don't think www works with it, since its a free host.
Also the reason I posted that 127.0.0.1 works fine, was for the fact that it should show that its not because of anything to do with the website having too much.
I made all my coding and everything myself. Also I just started re-creating the website to fix up and organize things. Everything still is having the same issues.
