Why is it saying i'm dividing by zero???

$pt1 = ($attorney_fee + $global) * $row["client_program_length"];
$pt2 = ($row["client_percent"] + $repayment) * $row["ppw_true_debt"];
$payment = ($pt2 + $pt1) / $row["client_program_length"];
$total_payment = round($payment,2);
fyi, "all of these variables DO have values assigned to them before the equation.
it still does the math but shows this error....
