PHP Sessions help needed, need to mail a function...?

Hi I am having a little trouble....

I want to be able to email the contents of a shopping cart to the admin of the website but am not sure how to do it.

The function for displaying the cart is:

I just want to email the orders that is all but im having trouble with it

just use php's mail function: mail().

Be careful though, not all host let you use this function because it can be used for spamming.
