php question-cannot post links on wordpress page?

when i post links they are not hyperlinked no matter what i do i think maybe there is a error in the php coding just cannot figure out what exactly
if anyone can help me with a php wordpress problem i will pay $100 my contact details are ........streaml1ner "at" aol*com change the star to a full stop and the at to symbol
