I have decided that i want to create my own forum online where people have the ability to create there own threads and comment on them as well as there being a admin system in place.
I know basically NOTHING about programming, hosting, servers,domains,syntax or anything like that so any help at all would be appreciated.
I know very little about programming. But i do realize PHP is the best way to do this. I also realize that PHP is very hard to program.
Can anyone give me a link to some really good online resources or guides i could read or use to get myself started ?!
Or any general help would be appreciated.

I understand this is a very hard task and will take ALOT of effort to pull off but i am willing to do it.
