Php Parse Error: Syntax Error,unexpected $end in index.php?

somebody help me how to solve my problem. this is wp theme news cms from bustatheme.com.
Error text : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\xampp\htdocs\rental\wp-content\themes\news-cms\index.php on line 154
help me......
 
Might be Permission Error. Set the File to 755 and not 777
I would have to see the Whole Thing.

Also might be Corrupted, The file got truncated.
 
That error usually results from a missing curly bracket. Go back thorough your code and make sure all of your if statements, loops, and functions have both opening and closing curly brackets.
