When you put your mouse on the top left side of the screen at your name, the window with links Profile, Contacts, Account Info will appear.

And you want 3 links (link2, link3, link4) appeared when you put your mouse on link1. How to do that? If you move your mouse to another part of page, the list disappears. Or, you can press any of that links.
