Php or HTML for opening multiple tabs/windows?

I'm trying to add links to 1 picture, making it open 3-4 links/tabs/windows.
I tried to <a href > thing, but it wouldnt open 3-4, only 1.
Could you provide a HTLM script for opening more tabs in 1 picture?

Please dont tell me to divide the picture in different sections, because I dont want to do that.

I will choose best answer ASAP/
