J Joe Dirt New member Apr 28, 2010 #1 Error performing query: Duplicate entry '66' for key 1 Im tasked to fix this error but I'm not that good with PHP but i can learn, basically its an evaluation form. you fill it up then submit it. when you submit it this appears. any help will do.
