I'm looking for a sort of forum/wikipedia hybrid. See I've got this idea for a site and what I want is for people to be able to send their input to the database, but not get published instantly. The input must first be reviewed and after approval gets published. See I like the features of a forum, but I want users to be able to see it in a more professional way. Like I want a certain layout that is hard to explain, but that I can't really say too much about in case someone steals my idea.
But, basically I want to be able to have user input go through an approval process. And I want users to be able to search the site for the specific user input they're looking for. So, much like a wikipedia, but also much like a forum.
