PHP feedback error in Freeway?

I have created a website in Freeway on the mac, and included a PHP feedback form (see www.mhcreate.co.uk and go to the contact page) when you fill out the form the error says:

Error 403 - Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.

Can anyone help?
