PHP Code to show another page?

I have a website. On the website there is an area where I want to put my text and images on, but to save hassle, i have the text and images in a html file. I don't want to use frames, but instead i want to use php to include this html file. Does anyone know how i can do this? If required the html page can be php!
Oh and this html file is SEPERATE from the main website file
