Let me get to the point. I learned PHP and MySQL and I want to create a website for "Note-Sharing" so students at school can share there "Notes" with other students, sounds simple enough... but how do I create a form that has a "Title" and a "Body" that can be edited by the creator of the "Note" and viewed by students and commented on by students after registering an account?

Security is the least important thing. Its for sharing Notes not personal information... and Im creating it because programing is fun to me and my friend had the idea. Before posting a sarcastic remark like the one "Colinic" posted please think about what i asked and please answer the question at hand.
