what its the easier and better way of using Photoshop to edit hand drawn pictures or makinng them right there in photoshop? a Mac and a tablet ( bamboo fun, intuos 1234 etc..) or a HP touch smart.? im a 15 year old but im alrady getting serious in my art. i done portraits. sell em. actually the director of the high skool im goin next year bought my obama portrait lol. anyways. my friend has photoshop and im looking for a better way of doing it. and give me your best answer without thinking of how much they cost. i got big money saved from this last years so tell me what should i get. ( i do graffitisketches and cartoons too apart from portraits. all in pencils if that helps for your answer).
