Photoshop Warp on Gimp or... Footprint in Snow on Gimp?

Is there a tool similar to Photoshop's warp on gimp?
If not, can someone tell me how to make horse hoof prints in snow with gimp?
Ok. Brushes don't look natural enough. They kind of lay on the surface. I mean like horse hoof indents on the snow.
 
i think u can find a brush for horse hoof prints , but cant remember the website sorry , just google it and say download photoshop brush horse hoof prints
and im sure u will find it download it and put it in the brushes.
and u ok now just select it from photoshop done.
