Is it possible to use the Hand Tool to move the image around in Photoshop CS4 at lower zoom settings?
It will only let me position the image with the hand tool if the image is zoomed in enough that it is bigger than the window containing it.
I know it can be done in Corel Painter, but what about Photoshop CS4? The only workaround that I know of is to just work with my image in a window and simply repositioning the window, but that is more tedious than working with the image maximized and simply moving it with the hand tool.
