PHOTOSHOP TIPS OR WEBSITES WITH PHOTOSHOP TUTORIALS?

i want tips for editing pictures of peoples. I use a dslr camera. I am pretty good with photoshop, but i'd like to become more 'expert' with it... Any tutorials that help pictures look AMAZING!
