Photoshop software question?

I want to know where i get a free photo shop software,where in which it changes eye color,it'll be much easier for me if its a software that is easy to use i've tried Gimp already that's too confusing,a link to the software would be appreciated...thank you..
 
Are you talking about actual Photoshop or are you using this word when you mean "imaging software?"
If you mean real Photoshop, you cannot get it free and it is more "confusing" than Gimp.
If you want a simple image editor, type into Google "free image editor" and you'll find a bunch of them.
