I was editing a self portrait, I copied the layer, added a Gaussian Blur, then changed that layer to Overlay.
it looks alright except my face and the top of my chest are different colors! and I mean my face is dramatically white compared to the bottom of my neck and top of my chest. The original picture isn't a fraction as bad! - hardly noticeable!
I've had a play with contrast and colors, with no luck!!
anyone know how I can fix this??
