I would like to find a program not online (something in stores) that can allow me to photoshop drawings and pictures!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! 10 pts to best answer!!!!!
I would have said Gimp (you find it online for free), but since you want to pay for a program that serves exactly the same purpose, I don't really have a recommendation except maybe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

It runs on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Free BSD, Sun OpenSolaris, basically any operating system out there.
The interface takes a while to get used to, but it has a ton of options and you can be very creative with it.
