Im trying to install a plugin into photoshop cs5 extended. I put it in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins\Filters. when i start photoshop i get an error that says "the program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling to fix this problem."
if i press OK, then photoshop will start normally without any problems, except that the plugin i installed is no where to be found.
what is wrong here? and what can i do?
