Photoshop! Please help!?

Just turn up the contrast until you blow out the whole picture.
Try to make it look like you took it with a camera soaked in acid for a few hundred years.

If anyone over the age of 16 thinks it looks good, you're doing it wrong.
 
OK, I actually read your post and understand you are looking for actual image modifications ie adding piercings or other significant modifications. And I am guessing you have no idea how to use photoshop, so my recommendation is to check the Art/Graphic design department at your local College or University and post a help wanted ad on their bulletin board, remember you are asking a professional to do work for you, so do not expect freebies. the other alternative is to actually take a class. If I am incorrect, sorry, take a look at Adobe.com and search for Photoshop tutorials, I doubt there will be an Emo tutorial but there ideas there, (lol, I am an old fart, but I do know what emo is)
 
I have some cool pictures and want to photo shop them to make them look emo and can't find a good website thats free that could do that. I tried photoshop.com and that only does color affects and thats not what I want. So please help me.
