Photoshop or Photobucket. Help?

On Photo shop you go to you task bar and click file and look for save or save as. On Photobucket it tells you to save; click there. then when its done uploading to your album you click on the picture on photobucket then right click it and click 'save picture as' and then just upload the picture to Facebook/Myspace. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more info or anything: )
 
the pictures have to be in jpeg to upload them on facebook and word of caution that facebook lowers down the quality of the picture.
 
Now that i know how to use both places. how do i upload them into my pictures on Myspace && Facebook.

Please help me. because the pics look cool.
I want other people to see them too =]
