Photoshop or Painter?

Good question I'm having the same debate with someone as well.

I personally prefer Photoshop over Painter ,Painter is such a inferior compared compared to photoshop.So if I was you I stick with Photoshop.

Photoshop a million times over.
I just cannot get the hang of Painter.

Plus, someone gave me photoshop, I wouldn't fork out for Painter, probably wouldn't fork out for Photoshop either...

I guess it depends what your needs are? If you're a serious digital painter, Painter is probably your best bet. But I'm not.
