Photoshop help - to make model's nose smaller?

Are you asking for somebody to do it for you or are you asking for help?

With photoshop i would use the liquify tool to shrink her nose, it's not the most professional tool but it would get the job done.

Filter -> Liquify -> Then use the "Pucker Tool" to shrink her nose.
