PhotoShop Help! Pen tool!?

I have the New photoshop, Number 8 or something XD
Anyway, in the other photoshops i learnt how to use the "Pen Tool" and i really use it alot
When I bought the Newer photoshop i tryed to find it and i cant!
Does anyone know how to get the Pen tool or where it is in Photoshop 8?

I know where it is on CS3 but in the newest one that icon isnt there so i dont know where it could be... :(
 
Adobe doesnt really change their gui too often so Im sure its in the same place just another pen tool is selected.

All you have to do is right click the pen tool spot, and a small list will pop up with a selection of other pens.
