Photoshop Download help?

I have the newest photoshop number 0.8 or something, but it doesnt have the tool, the Pen Tool that is in Cs3, So im thinking about downloading a trial of Cs3 or something but i dont know where I can get it, and everytime i try it stuffs up or asks for money and I was told it was free.
Please help me if you can~!! ^^
