I recently bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop with Windows 7 installed, and I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen and Touch tablet. I've used this same tablet on a Toshiba (Windows Vista) with Photoshop CS3 and I have never had any problems with a slow response. However, now that I am using Photoshop CS3 on my new laptop, I'm having problems getting Photoshop to respond as quickly as I need it to..I usually have to wait 2-3 seconds before what I draw shows up on the screen.
Is there any way to fix this?
