Photoshop cs4 does'nt want to start!?! HELP!!?

I try to start photoshop cs4..and a liscence agreement pops up. and so I choose the language...which is english...and then i click ion accept...and then the window disappears...and then nothing happens....i'ts really annoying....and i want to use photoshop soon...can somebody help...i hve the extended version
