This is really bugging me, because I use photoshop for work! I seriously need it fixed. Basically whenever I click anything on the toolbar it does the whole "this program is not responding" business. It was working fine yesterday until I got halfway through working on a very small piece, and now it freezes for any file I use it to open.
I don't think it's the computer - all of my other programs are working fine, I have 2GB RAM and dual 2GHz processors. Even though I am on Windows Vista.
