photoshop cs3 crash when print to pdf?

after i hit print and after the print to pdf progress bar reaches full, then photoshop just becomes non-responsive and no pdf file was created. While from other programs such as illustrator, windows image viewer, etc works fine. I reinstall pdf pro and photoshop but still having same problem. thanks
